Code4 was established by Keith Melanson and Sharon Maister. Keith’s knowledge of the industry comes from a Title Insurance and Escrow background where Sharon’s expertise comes from selling real estate as a licensed professional since 1990.
During the 2008 real estate crash, Keith started a second career and followed a childhood dream of becoming a Deputy Sheriff. After working for the Sheriff’s department for almost two years, Keith noticed an unlettered knowledge of real estate among his partners. So in 2010 they founded Code4 Real Estate Resources so as to protect all First Responders and their families from being taken advantage of when going through any real estate transaction.
